We switched to Best Case because of our bankruptcy courts converting to electronic filing, and it was the BEST decision we ever made. Our office was not on the cutting edge of technology. We represent debtors and prior to using your program, we were using DOS. With electronic filing, I have had to drop DOS and come out into the light. After 20 years, it's not been easy. I did not know anything about windows, e-mail, and hated using a mouse. I could navigate much faster using keystrokes, rather than running a mouse around the screen. I tested other programs but did not like them at all. Their screens were too small, hard to see, and were not user-friendly. By using the keystroke option in your program, it made converting to windows-based program much easier for me. Now, I wonder how we managed before Best Case. Entering data is easier, but filing with OneTouch is the absolute best thing that ever happened to bankruptcy filing.”
