Best Case® Bankruptcy The Best for Electronic Filing
Speed and Simplicity. With the click of a button, Best Case creates all your electronic files, including:
- One compact PDF of all Official Forms and Schedules, with dates and the debtor's and attorney's names on signature lines with /s/. A Setup Option lets you change the order of documents in the PDF.
- A Text File of the Creditor Address Matrix formatted correctly for the district where the case is being filed.
- The Case Upload File. Some ECF courts allow you to submit a Case Upload File which speeds up the filing process. Best Case creates this file automatically.
ECF Wizard: Best Case guides you through creating electronic files for complete filings, emergency petitions, amendments, and more!
Automatic File Management. Best Case creates a new folder for each client's electronic files. Use our ECF Manager to view, move, edit, delete or rename files before uploading. Click the Manual Filing button to log in and start filing.
The OneTouch® System. With our exclusive OneTouch Electronic Filing System, available in certain districts, you'll simply click a button in Best Case to have your case filed and docketed in moments. We'll contact the court's web server, log you in, and upload your files including the Credit Counseling Certificate and Payment Advices. What could be simpler?
BestScan™ Makes PDFs of Scanned Documents: In some districts, you need to include documents with actual signatures in PDFs you submit to the court. With our BestScan feature, you'll simply insert the document into your scanner. BestScan will take over, using the court-recommended settings to save the document as a compact PDF in Best Case for easy upload to the court's site. No need to fiddle with complicated scanner settings: we do it for you!
