Best Case® Bankruptcy Multi-User Version

With all of the new requirements, your firm requires the most advanced technical tools available to prepare petitions efficiently and cost-effectively. If you have more than one person preparing bankruptcy cases, our Multi-User Version gives you the extra computing power that you need.

Often, a paralegal or legal secretary will input the bulk of the data for a case, while the responsible attorney reviews the filing and tweaks the information. With the Multi-User Version, both the support worker and attorney can be in the program at the same time, with no work stoppage. Firms large and small benefit from the ability to have people simultaneously inputting data at once, with all staff members having access to key information when a creditor calls with questions.

If you represent large companies filing for bankruptcy, you've no doubt had to assign several staff members to one case to get a petition filed in a timely fashion. With our Multi-User Version simultaneous users can even work on the same client file at the same time. This means less preparation time, increased efficiency, and a bankruptcy practice that is ultimately more lucrative.

The basic Best Case Bankruptcy Multi-User Version allows three users in one office location to use the program simultaneously. Users access Best Case Bankruptcy on the local area network from separate workstations, sharing a Common Creditor List and the entire bankruptcy client database. Additional Simultaneous User Licenses can also be purchased for the Multi-User license if you need more than three, and additional site licenses are available if you need to use Best Case in multiple office locations. (Please see our license agreement for licensing details.)

The Multi-User Version runs smoothly and efficiently under Windows 98/2000/ME/NT and Windows XP. Current Best Case Customers can upgrade from the Single-User Version to the Multi-User Version for the difference in price between their current package and the upgraded package within the first year or while under maintenance. (See Packages and Prices.)
