New Features

Proof of Claim/Creditor Notes Tab - Schedules D, E and F. Keep track of information related to particular creditors. Include information to help document when a Proof of Claim was received, when the claim was filed, and the amount of the claim.

Proof of Claim Review Preview all Proof of Claims creditor information received for a case based on your entries on the Notes/POC tab in one location. Access the Proof of Claim Review by selecting Case Tools from the Tools menu on the top of the screen.

Form 23. Common Financial Management Course Provider List Create a common list of financial management course providers to easily insert when filling out Form 23.

The Tools Menu is a shortcut to a variety of important resources for Best Case users. While working in Best Case, it provides seamless access to online tools, links to bankruptcy-specific information and more.

• Check for Update: Find out if there have been any recent Best Case releases. Make sure you have the most recent forms, features and data by using Check for Update
• Credit Report: Order 3-Bureau Credit Reports for your client, edit your configuration and get more information on providers
• Due Diligence: Link to providers’ web sites for a list of services or use the Due Diligence browser to simplify and streamline the ordering process
• MyCaseInfo®: Go to the Attorney home page to invite a client, preview entered information or download a client file and if you haven't begun using MyCaseInfo yet, you can also learn more about this add-on
• Best Case Training: Register you and your staff for Online Seminars such as the Basics of Best Case or the ECF In-Depth seminar, view a Web Tutorial and more
• U.S. Courts Web Information: Link to PACER, Means Testing information, your local court's website and more
• Online Tools: Access helpful online tools such as the Quick Median Income Test, as well as a Date, Holiday, and Days Between Calculators
• Utilities: See all active users, find creditors and download Best Case
• Case Tools: Review and print a summary of all Proof of Claims entered into the software or export your creditor address matrix to a .CSV file
