To install additional jurisdictions:

  1. Close any open entry screens, menus or windows.
  2. Click on Setup in the top Menu bar, then click Jurisdictions.
  3. Click the Install New Jurisdiction button in the bottom left corner.
  4. A list of jurisdictions appears; highlight the jurisdiction and click Select.
  5. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each jurisdiction you want to install, then click Close.

Install Jurisdictions

To change a jurisdiction for a client file, after installing:

  1. Open the client file.
  2. Select Form 1. Voluntary Petition.
  3. Click the Filing Information tab.

Question: For some creditors, there are multiple addresses for the same creditor name. Is it possible in the Common Creditor List (CCL) to show the city and state next to the name of the creditor? - Jeanne E. Hovenden, Jeanne E. Hovenden, PLLC

Answer: Yes, press F10 or click on the rotary card icon pictured next to or above the field to view the city and state next to the creditor name in the CCL window. Alternately, the other way to access the CCL is to begin typing the creditor name in any creditor entry screen, which displays the name of the creditor in the CCL list and the complete address for that entry above the list.
