Our annual maintenance package is included in your initial purchase of Best Case Bankruptcy. For one year from the date of purchase you will receive updates that include revisions to federal and local forms, new advanced features, and more.
If you need help our technical support team is available with unlimited toll-free phone support, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm Central Time by calling 1.800.492.8037. Support is also available via e-mail at help@bestcase.com.
Need to increase your office efficiency? Gain access to our web services such as OneTouch Filing®, Credit Report Import™ and MyCaseInfo® to help you save time on the data entry and electronic filing process.
In order to help maximize your use of the Best Case Bankruptcy software, customer training is available through In-Person Workshops scheduled around the country, Online Seminars with a live Technical Support Specialist, and Online Web Tutorials.

After the first year, you will have the option of purchasing an affordable annual maintenance package.
For the year 2010, base maintenance plan prices are:
- $295 for Chapter 7 Single-User
- $395 for Chapter 7 & 13 Single-User
- $495 for All Chapters Single-User
- $495 for Chapter 7 Multi-User
- $595 for Chapter 7 & 13 Multi-User
- $695 for All Chapters Multi-User
Please note that there are additional maintenance fees for additional users and features sold as add-ons, such as Custom Chapter 13 plans.
