- /s/ Signature Button: The Debtor or Joint Debtor electronic signature defaults to the name entered in the Voluntary Petition. If the debtor is incapacitated, or there is another reason why they cannot sign, the /s/Signature button on the Voluntary Petition entry screen can be used to enter a substitute signature.
