• Client Reminder Emails - Added February 29th, 2012
  • You can now have emails automatically sent to your clients to remind them to start their questionnaire! Reminders will be sent after 3, 7 & 14 days from the day you initially invited them. If you do not want your clients to receive reminder emails, you can control this through Notification Preferences on the Account Management page.
    
    
• Save Incomplete Records - Added November 21st, 2011
  • We know that your clients may not have all of their information when they begin completing the online questionnaire. So now your clients can start to enter information for a particular question, save their progress and come back to it later by checking the 'Save this information for now and return to it later' box and clicking 'Save'.
    
  • When reviewing each section, your client will easily be able to identify which questions they need to come back to and finish.

  • We now file Local Form 29 Notice Regarding Filing of Mailing Matrix according to the court requirements for Complete and Emergency/Skeletal filings.
• Case Status / Setup Information - Added December 1st, 2011
  • Two buttons labeled View Judge Info and View Trustee Info have been added to the Setup Information tab in Case Status which allow users to easily view the detailed information on the judge or trustee entered in Setup/Jurisdictions. When the button is opened, additional buttons display allowing users to copy the judge or trustee's address or email to clipboard and to promptly open their website.
• Client List - Added November 28th, 2011
  • Client List Search: The Client List Search now allows users to enter an asterisk (*) in the Find Text field to display all cases with a specified Find Item like "Referred By".
  • Client Information: Judge and Trustee now appear in the Client Information box located at the bottom of the Client List. Note: To get the judge and trustee names to display here, they must be entered in the Setup Information tab of Case Notes.

  • Schedules A & B: A Copy button has been added to Schedules A and B allowing users to copy a selected property to make a new property entry.
  • Schedule C Exemption Amount: Best Case has added a Quick Click option in Schedule C that allows users to click on the Exemption Limit, Market Amount, Net Equity, or Unexempt to quickly place the specific figure in the Exemption Amt field.
  • Schedules D,E,F: A Copy button has been added to Schedules D, E, and F allowing users to copy a selected record to make a new creditor entry.
  • Schedules D,E,F: Additional Notice Parties now display in the Creditor Information box. To view this new feature, open Schedule D, E, or F, highlight a specific creditor, and look in the Creditor Information box located at the bottom of the creditor list.
  • Schedule F: An Acct # column has been added to the Schedule F summary list window. Users can now quickly locate a creditor by account number in this window by typing the pound sign (#) followed by digits in the account number.
  • Schedule F: Best Case has added a By Amount tab in the Schedule F summary list window where users can view the list of creditors organized by the lowest claim amount to the highest. Located at the bottom of the tab are Lo$ and Hi$ buttons that swiftly take you the lowest or highest amounts listed.
  • Schedule I: "Husband" and "Wife" are now available as dependent choices in Schedule I.
  • Form 22 Means Test: Amending Form 22 has been made easier with the addition of an Override checkbox on the General tab that allows users to change the Date Case Filed and get a new 6 Month Average Income for a debtor.
