Navigating the Resource Library

Training materials for Best Case are located online in the Resource Library. The Resource Library contains videos, webinars and guides that are helpful for any member of your firm, new to the software or a long-time user.  

Access the Resource Library:

  1. From a web browser, go to


  1. From Best Case, select Tools in the menu bar
  2. Go to Best Case Training and select Training Home Page

  Open the Resource Library from the desktop to get access to videos, webinars and guides.

Best ways to search

You can search in a variety of ways: by topic, type of resource, or free-form in the search bar. For example, you can sort by Category > Electronic Filing and then see all content that covers OneTouch® electronic filing.

Helpful content in a variety of formats

Training videos are about 2 minutes long and provide a brief product or feature overview and quick tips. Live or prerecorded webinars are usually 60-90 minutes long. They provide in-depth, step-by-step tutorials with time at the end dedicated to Q & A. Finally, the guides are PDF documents that offer training information on key features. These videos, webinars and guides cover topics such as:

  • Electronic filing
  • Client and case management
  • Client intake
  • Bankrupcty Courses
  • Student loans
  • And more!

Training and updates that benefit everyone

The Resource Library is a great tool for new employees. Instead of teaching the newest member of your firm the software one-on-one, you can send links to introductory videos and webinars, or save and print the guides.

Experienced users can benefit from the Resource Library, too. It has content that explains new features, version updates and best practices. Additionally, there is a webinar especially helpful for existing users: Best Case Best Practices. It is a monthly webinar series highlighting a revolving topic, providing you with the opportunity to learn about Best Case from an expert. Enrollment is ongoing for these webinars. Most Best Case questions that you have regarding a feature, tool or update can be answered with the Resource Library. Moreover, it can be used to expedite the training of Best Case in your firm and ensure all employees know how to most efficiently use the software.
