Liens and Judgments Importing
  • Reduce the risk of missing data and user error by importing Tax Liens and Civil Judgments from Preferred and Premium Bankruptcy Credit Reports directly into SOFA Question 9.
  • Check the checkbox at the bottom of the Credit Report Import screen to enable this import.

Late Proofs of Claim Tracking
  • Any Proofs of Claim filed after the standard Claim Bar Date are flagged as “LATE” in the Creditors Schedules. This information can also be viewed in the Claim Tracker tab of Court Notices.
