Revised Means Test Numbers:

The Census Bureau’s Median Family Income Data are revised effective 11/1/19. After updating Best Case, users can view the new figures in the program by changing the expected filing date to November 1st or later on the General tab in Form 122A-C.

Update Required

Best Case now includes an update for Official Forms 122A-1, 122B, and 122C-1 effective October 1, 2019. 122A-1, 122B, and 122C-1 are amended in response to the enactment of the Honoring American Veterans in Extreme Need Act of 2019 (the “HAVEN Act”), Pub. L. No. 116-52, 133 Stat. 1076. Each form is modified in lines 9 and 10. After updating Best Case, users can view the new Means Test forms.
