Update form preferences in a few clicks

On certain forms, you can set preferences on what will appear when printed. For example, on Schedule I, you can select whether to print “none” in the Relationship column if there are no dependents listed. The preference options vary by form, and not all the forms have additional options.

To quickly access the preference menu for a form, follow these steps:

  1. In the Forms and Schedules Menu for a client, highlight the document.
  2. Click [CTRL] + [SHIFT] + [K]. If form preferences are available for the document, a window will appear showing the options.
  3. Highlight the preference you want to adjust, and click the Change button.
  4. In the Edit Form Preference window that appears, select your preference. Click OK.
