Please be advised that a configuration change requires all users to update their Best Case desktop software by 12/30/25 to prevent possible printing issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To update Best Case:

  1. At the top of Best Case, on a gray screen, select Tools > Check for Update*
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and apply the changes
  3. If you are on a network version, all users must exit prior to installation
